While not on a scale of Lev Lafayette​'s noble Cheese Quest, this will follow the wanderings of Alicia Smith​ and myself as we experience some of the finest cheeses of Australia.

Many of these will be coming our way from The Cheese Riot, a cheese subscription service, but others will be sourced elsewhere, but all will be of Australian manufacture. Some will be unique to Australia.
