An aside - Falwasser - Gluten Free Activated Charcoal Crispbread.
These have been supplied with both boxes so far and, although I am not a fan of putting charcoal into food, are rather tasty, with the sesame seed flavour coming through rather pleasantly.
A startling change to the usual water-crackers, they can provide an unexpected shot of contrast on a cheese-board - but I'd use them sparingly, for fear of appearing too much a fashion victim.
