Is it just me? Or is there a "double meaning" to the term they use, "Projection Equipment?" ;-)

An advertisement from 1959.

A timely reminder. And one of the great moments of British television.

DiscGolfPark is a disc golf course concept developed in Finland. It is a complete solution for establishing a disc golf course. The DiscGolfPark concept includes professional course design, along with Targets, TeePads and Signage, graphics included. A short, beginner-style DiscGolfPark can be built on as little as five acres, while a standard 18-hole DiscGolfPark calls for a minimum of 20 acres. With about 500 DiscGolfPark courses worldwide, DiscGolfPark has experience with every type of style imaginable.

Whilst I'm on the topic of Frozen, this argument that Frozen is actually one of the better Star Wars movies is both amusing and well argued.

Gamma radiation associated with radon decay exhibits variations in both time of year and time of day.
The annual oscillation has its maximum value in June, suggestive of a galactic influence.
Measurements made at midnight show strong evidence of an influence of solar rotation, but measurements made at noon do not.
We find several pairs of oscillations with frequencies separated by 1 cycle per year that is suggestive of an influence of rotation that is oblique with respect to the normal to the ecliptic.
We suggest that beta decays may be stimulated by neutrinos and that the decay products tend to travel in the same direction as the neutrinos.
