Silver Gull attacking a Little Eagle, Penguin Island. The gulls are nesting on Penguin Island, and the chicks are hatched. The small group of Little Eagles in the area are now making the most of this abundant food supply. The gulls, in turn, are protesting this most strenuously.

Smith #WPP2015 #WPP2015-Wk-38-Panoramic This is one of Perth beach icons - the City Beach Surf Lifesaving Club watchtower. This is the second such tower, the first was destroyed in 1978 by cyclone Alby. It is, however, getting on, and many of the current generation of lifesavers do not trust the structure any more, and so a smaller portable tower is set up on the beach.

Just seen the first half of Cirque du Soleil​'s Totem. What a show! The rug jugglers (yes rug jugglers) were particularly amazing! And the non-scarey clowns are great fun.
