Although I suddenly feel that I should be saying things like "Go North", and I'm now worried that at night I'll be eaten by a grue.

Handy list of the 'OK Google' assistant commands....

I still wish you could start it with a more Australian phrase, like "Oi, mate" or "yeah, nah".
