$40 refund and a confidentiality agreement? How kind of them after putting this coeliac in hospital. You can have a mixed kitchen. The excellent Kewdale Tavern, Fast Eddie's Perth, and Pancho's Mexican restaurant all have Coeliac Society approvals on their doors and all have been great.
For coeliacs who want to be absolutely sure, but still want to eat out there's the Health Freak chain and the newly Coeliac Society Accredited (first in WA) and quite lovely Bayside Barista in Safety Bay.
