Woo! Google wins on patents against Oracle!
Likely copyright damages (if any) to be trivial, assuming that the one thing that may have infringed is, indeed, copyrightable.

Oracle, of course, are going to appeal, but the grounds for such are (according to the commentators) more than a little slender.

    hopefully Oracle will try to make money by making products not by buying existing patents and holding people to ransom
