Adjusted for inflation, the standard features that come with every smartphone would have cost almost a million dollars in the 1980s.
Also add the cost of memory how much was 32 gig? i remember my Ti-99 4A came with a massive 32k and a advanced 16bit processor, i doubt there was 32 gig in Perth if you added all the computers up in the early 80's

also the processing power of the cray-2 supercomputer valued at 8-10 million in the early 80's
