You all went above and beyond yesterday, overnight, and this morning to restore production services for our broader team.

Once again the team work and can do attitude were inspiring to be a part of.

 

Please pass on our thanks to your families for the unintentional imposition. Working in IT, it could be easy for TL’s and Managers to become complacent about the work and effort team members put in after hours, but I can assure you that your efforts and commitment aren’t taken for granted for one moment.

 

A massive thanks again and let’s take the learnings from yesterday’s challenges and make our service offering even better.
